Steps to integrate Zoho CRM with Smartsheet via Zapier
Step 1: Go to https://zapier.com/, and you will be redirected to the Zapier Login or Sign Up page. If you don’t have an account, Click Sign Up, and the user will be redirected to the sign-up page. You can sign up with any account or fill in the information and sign up.
Step 2: Once the user is logged in to Zapier, they are redirected to the page where they can create their custom Zap.
Step 3: Enter the names of the apps you want to connect to in the Connect This App section and with this one section. (In our case, we have taken ZOHO CRM and Smartsheet.)
Step 4: Now, define the trigger and action for the apps. (For Zoho integration with Smartsheet, we use a new lead as a trigger, and a new row will be created as an action.) Then click Try it.
Step 5: Once you click Try it, Zapier shows the steps for how Zapier works, then click on Get Started.
Step 6: Then, users will be redirected to the page where they must connect their ZOHO CRM account with Zapier. Click on the Connect button.
Step 7: Users will be redirected to the Login page, where they have to enter the URL for the ZOHO(i.e., Zoho. in)
Step 8: Click the Accept button to allow access to the ZOHO CRM.
Step 9: Once you allow access to ZOHO, your ID will be logged in to Zapier and displayed. After that, click Next.
Step 10: The user will then be redirected to the Smartsheet connect page. Click on the Connect button, and a new pop-up will appear to allow access to the Smartsheet account.
Step 11: Click on the Allow button. Your Smartsheet account will be connected to your Zapier, and your name will be displayed in the Zapier. After that, click the Next button.
Step 12: Select the Sheet in the Smartsheet and click on next.
Step 13: Select where you want to add a Row at the top or bottom of the sheet. Then click on the Next button.
Step 14: Now map the fields you want to be displayed in the Smartsheet fields and click the Next button.
Step 15: The user will be redirected to the Test out this Zap page and then click the Send Test button.
Step 16: The user will get the confirmation for the Smartsheet getting updated with the Row.
Step 17: After clicking the Next button, verify that the Lead record you recently created in the ZOHO has been updated to the Smartsheet.
