Is there any Cancellation Policy? What is it?

Yes. All requests for cancellations must be submitted to the Dreamforce Help Desk at dreamforceregistration@salesforce.com. 

If you require a full refund of the registration fees, cancellation notices must be received by 11:59 p.m. PT on Friday, August 19, 2022. Moreover, the Cancellation notices, which were received between 12:00 a.m. PT on Saturday, August 20, 2022, and 11:59 p.m. PT on Friday, September 2, 2022, will be processed at 50% of the event registration fees. No refunds will be issued for cancellation notices received after 12:00 a.m. PT on Saturday, September 3, 2022.

If anyone fails to meet the event’s health and safety protocols, Salesforce reserves the right to cancel your event registration without issuing a refund
