A Message from our CEO on Coronavirus COVID-19

In these extremely challenging times, I on the behalf of the entire Cloud Analogy team would like to share our heartfelt solidarity and support with you and your loved ones. At Cloud Analogy, the safety, health, and well-being of our partners, colleagues, customers, and communities in which we operate is our number one priority. 

As a leading ISO 9001 and 27001 certified company and a responsible Salesforce Silver Partner, we are committed to doing all we can to keep everyone safe.

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to escalate, the Cloud Analogy family is responding to it with unity. Our sites around the world are fully operational and we have extensive contingency plans in place. Cloud Analogy is taking every possible and responsible step and strict precaution to protect our colleagues and their families and loved ones while securing customer service. 

For the past many weeks, the Cloud Analogy team is strictly adhering to the advice of all governments and public health authorities. We have been proactive in implementing a range of precautionary measures, from cleaning protocols and stringent sanitation to workplace distancing and a worldwide travel ban.

In these challenging times, we are encouraging all our partners, associates, vendors, and other parties to talk to us, and stay protected, in this time of isolation and confusion. The Cloud Analogy Management is holding regular online consultations with the concerned authorities to stay up-to-date with the rapidly evolving situations so that we can assist and advise our workforce as quickly as possible.

As always, our clients would be at the center of our considerations. In tough times, they would require our expertise, our advice, and our solutions to overcome their short and long term financial and process challenges. And, these would be the times like always when we will prove to our clients that Cloud Analogy teams always stand tall with its clients.

Our entire team is continuously monitoring the situation and staying close to our customers to understand their requirements. In this time of big crisis, we are prouder than ever of our people who help us deliver out-of-the-box services, solutions, and capabilities to the best in the industry. 

Even when the world has literally gone into lockdown, our CRM experts and specialists are still active in order to keep the Salesforce ecosystem up and running. We salute and honor them! 

We could not have succeeded and came this far unless everyone working for Cloud Analogy or doing business with us made a return home safely to their families every day.

I would like to personally thank all my colleagues for doing an outstanding job and keeping our operations strong and up and running.

Looking ahead to the future, we believe we have a resilient business process, with unparalleled capabilities in multiple regions. Over the years, Cloud Analogy has been able to build up a strong balance sheet and a competitive product and service portfolio. This will guide us to weather this extreme crisis but more importantly to continue to invest to emerge as an even better and stronger company. At Cloud Analogy, we definitely have a long-term focus in all we do.

It’s high time that everyone around us has a solid plan for this fight that is going to last for a long time. And it is a fight we are all in together. 

Above all, I personally believe that every business is required to demonstrate humanness and empathy in every interaction with every customer at every touchpoint and every platform and in every decision that is being made and every action that is taken.
