Step 1: Log in to https://www.HubSpot.com/ with valid credentials.

Step 3: Select App Marketplace, and the user will be redirected to the Marketplace.

Step 4: Search for Trello and select Trello from the results.

Step 5: Click on the Install button and install Trello in your HubSpot org.

Step 6: Verify your ID and click on the Login button.

Step 7: Allow access to HubSpot for your Trello account by clicking the Allow button.

Step 8: Verify that Trello will be displayed in the Connected Apps in your HubSpot org.

Step 9: Now go to the Navigation bar, click on Automation, expand it, and click on Workflows.

Step 10: Click on Create a workflow and then select from scratch to make a workflow from scratch. 

Step 11: Select Contact base and blank workflow, then click on the Next button.

Step 12: Click on the plus icon and choose an action to create a card.

Step 13: Select the Board in the cart, select the list, and then enter the card’s details in the summary section. Fill in the details in the description section and click the Save button.

  1. Now click the Setup trigger button to set up the trigger to create a card.
  2. Select the object you want to set the trigger(we have selected contact).
  3. Then, set any trigger as we have set for every record with lead status = Open or Open deal. A new card will be created, and apply filter.
  1. After all the setup is done, click the Review and Publish button to publish the Workflow.
  1. Verify that the card should also be created for the previously existing contact, and then click the ” Turn on ” button to activate the workflow.

We are creating contact, which triggers the workflow.

Final Result: After contact creation with trigger value, the card was updated to the Trello board.
