Steps To View The Audit Trail

Step 1: Go to Quick Find Box and enter Setup Audit Trail

Step 2:  Click on View Setup Audit Trail.

The Last 20 entries are being displayed on the page.

These entries display the following details:

  1. Date and Time
  2. User
  3. Source Namespace Prefix
  4. Action
  5. Section

Step 3: You can download the Setup Audit Trail.

The Audit Trail is now downloaded and users can view it by opening the .csv file

The downloaded file also displays the following details:

  1. Date and Time
  2. User
  3. Source Namespace Prefix
  4. Action
  5. Section

The details can be viewed regarding the following:

  1. Page Layout
  2. Creation of fields
  3. Updation of fields
  4. Changes in Error Messages
  5. Creation and Updation in profiles
  6. Creation of Custom objects
  7. Creation of Lightning Page
