Step 2: Next, select “Sign In” and provide your email & password to access your account.

Step 3: Click on the gear icon, then go to “Channels” and select “Email.”

Step 4: Now, navigate to the email parser and click Create your first email parser.

Step 5: Now, enter your parser name and choose the module you want this to occur.

Step 6: Select “Copy and paste email content” to configure your parsing detail.

Step 7: Enter the information or data you want to share in the email, then click parse.

Step 8: Map the parsing of email information with CRM fields by clicking the drop-down menu, choosing the relevant field, and clicking next.

Step 9: After parsing the detail, click on the update field to update it. Now, assigning an owner is mandatory.

Click on the drop-down next to assign based on user or role, add it in front of it, and then click on next.

Step 10: Enter the approved email address by adding the email and click save.

Note: To prevent spam emails, specify the email addresses where the emails are allowed.

Step 11: When your email parser is created, an email address will be given just below the email parser name. Copy that email and, from your allowed email ID, send the details to the email ID mentioned below the email parser name.

Step 12: Return to the module where email parsing will run. There, search for the Name you created.

Step 13: Also, to verify the number of emails received, navigate to the gear icon, and then the number of records created will be shown.
