Cloud Analogy is a Salesforce Consulting Company, which has a team of certified Salesforce experts, and works in the areas of integration with various third-party tools and data migration. It has achieved a stupendous growth rate over the past three years. Here are some insights on one such integration project, handled by Cloud Analogy. We start with the client. First, let us delve with some of the requirements of the client and then we will elaborate on the solution that was provided by Cloud Analogy.
The Client and Zoho Recruit
Our client was a recruitment company, and specialized in the recruitment of talents, with a wide array of skill sets. It works in a wide range of domains, starting from financials, health, IT, leadership and human resources and many more.
Moreover, the client used Zoho Recruit, a customizable platform since there was a need for data-driven and informed decisions, while hiring the talents they were seeking for. It works on multiple channels for sourcing candidates and subsequently find the right match for a job opening, with a reduced time-to-fill.
We integrate the webform with their website and then each and every time a user fills up a form, it is integrated into Zoho Recruit and creates a candidate in Zoho Recruit.
Following are the steps we follow, to provide solution for this client.
Step 1: Create a Webform in Zoho Recruit, as shown in the below figure.
Step 2: Next, fill in all the details on the form (first name, last name, email id and contact number). After this we go to the job classification section, selecting from the dropdown lists.
The three levels of the job classification are as shown in the below figures:
Level 1: Industry Sector
Level 2: Role
Level 3 : Activity
Step 3: In the same form, we have a section of attachments and cover letter.
Step 4: The same lead created in the Zoho form now appears in the Zoho recruit as a candidate.
Here we see all the details such as candidate id and the corresponding email and others, as shown in the below figure.
Step 5 : In the Zoho Recruit Candidate, there is another option to schedule an interview and then send it to the appropriate person.
We choose the interview type here as the General Interview as shown in the below screenshot.
