Step 1: Navigate to your Salesforce profile. In your Salesforce environment, click Setup and download Twilio from AppExchange.

  • Open AppExchange. Search for Twilio and Install it by clicking on Get it now.

  • Now, click Go to the site to install it on the website & you will be redirected to the Twilio website. There, click on Get the App.

  • Now, it will ask you to start the free trial. Fill out all the required information and click on Get the app.

  • After clicking on Get the app, you will be asked whether you want to install it in a sandbox or production environment. Choose accordingly, and you will be redirected to Salesforce.org.

Select for whom you want to install the app and agree to all the requirements.

The app will take some time to install. Once it is installed, you will receive the mail.

Step 2: Go to Setup, search for Twilio in the App Launcher, and open it.

After logging into your Twilio account, you can see the Account SID and Auth token on the Twilio account. Copy it from there and paste it on the Twilio configuration page on Salesforce. And validate the credentials.

Step 4: Now, you need to select the message service accordingly from the drop-down. And if no message service is provided, you must create a new one from your Twilio Account.

Again, click on Validate Credentials.

Now, it will ask to upgrade your Twilio account as pricing is needed for Twilio Salesforce.
