How to Integrate JustCall Integration with Salesforce?

Step 1:– You will go to JustCall browser.  And Sign Up the account if you’ve got an account on JustCall then you may go on to the login page and so login to your account.

JustCall doesn’t provide any demo account so firstly you may add card details for access JustCall feature. Once you are added to the card then you’ll integrate with Salesforce.

Step 2: Once you need to login then Head over to Integrations.

Step 3:- Click on the Integrate button under Salesforce.

Step 4:- Then you’ll be redirected to the Salesforce portal. Then allow the request from JustCall. You’ve to click on the Allow button to permit the request.

Step 5:- You’ll see that Salesforce integration is going to be listed under “Active Integrations”.

Salesforce Phone Integration allows you to simply make/receive calls, send/receive text messages straight from Salesforce. We log Task/Case for your calling and texting activities.This feature allows you to route incoming calls intelligently. 

Step 6:- To enable this feature click on the gear icon in front of the Salesforce label>>checkbox the advanced setting ‘Intelligent Incoming Call Routing’.

Step 6:- Add the JustCall Chrome extension in your chrome to make calls directly from your browser without having to pick up your phone.

Step 7:-  Now you will go to the Salesforce org and open contacts then you will see the call and text button with an icon next to every phone number.

Step 8:- Click on the call and text button icon then a popup will appear where you’ll see a Box where you’ll see call log, dial pad, Chatbox, and history. Using that you can chat and call with that person easily.

Step 9:- If you want to see Call and SMS Logs then you have to go to the Task Object there you will see automatically created tasks and all details of related records.
