In recent years we have seen significant changes in the market, and the same applies to the methods to connect to the customers. Therefore, businesses adopt cloud-based services and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to solve complex business challenges. CRM is a tool that helps companies access customer data to gather deeper insights and subsequently strike a deal to sell their product or services. Salesforce is the topmost CRM Tool globally, which is easy to use and understand, and that accounts for its popularity. Salesforce and Trello Integration fall under the CRM to Collaboration tool integration category.
Introduction To Trello
Trello is one of the most popular collaboration tools that you can use to organize your projects into boards. It has gathered 25 million users within a short span of just three years.
Trello helps you understand the execution of projects, including what projects work is being done, who’s working on what projects, and where something is in a process.
There is no denying that traditional project management tools are complex to cater to the needs of Project Managers. Trello is simple and understood in a short time. Trello uses boards with lists of sticky notes that can be organized in columns, and each note acts as a task for your team. The best part is carrying the whiteboard anywhere you travel, and you can access it from a computer over the network.
